School fun day and block party game rentals: how to plan it

Planning a school fun day, HOA block party or church picnic? Rent three different games instead of one big one, spread them across your space, and book them together on one flat day rate. Why three games beat one big attraction

One attraction creates one line. Kids queue, parents hover, and the rest of the crowd drifts to the snack table.

Three different games change the math. Guests rotate on their own because each game suits a different mood. Someone waiting for soccer darts wanders over to Connect 4. A parent who would never jump in on an inflatable will happily sink a putt at bucket golf.

That is the whole idea behind the bundle. We built it so a crowd keeps moving without a volunteer standing there with a clipboard.

The soccer dart board is ASTM F2374 certified. That is the US standard for inflatable amusement devices, and it is the one committees and principals tend to ask about first.

What it costs, and why a flat rate helps a committee

Here is the pricing, exactly as the site shows it:

Booked one by one, the three games add up to $410. As the bundle they are $275. For a PTA or HOA budget, that is a single line item you can put in front of the board. No per-person fees. No surprise add-ons at checkout.

Delivery, full setup and pickup are part of the price. Nobody on your volunteer list has to borrow a truck.

Plan your space before you book

Each game needs a patch of level ground. For most games we need roughly a 15 x 15 ft flat area. Grass, packed dirt or a patio all work. Pool decks and slopes do not.

Before you book, walk the space and check three things:

1. Flat ground for three spots. Picture three separate stations, not one cluster. Space them so lines from one game do not block another.
2. A power outlet. The inflatable blower needs a standard 120V outdoor outlet within 50 ft of where the board goes.
3. A clear path from the street or driveway. Our crew carries everything in. Tell us about tight gates, low branches or pets when you book.

Setup takes about 30 minutes, and we aim to arrive in a morning window so the games are ready before the first guest walks up.

A simple layout for a 2 to 3 hour event

You do not need a schedule. You need a layout.

1. Put soccer darts at the far edge of the space. It is the loudest game and it pulls kids toward it.
2. Put bucket golf near the seating, where adults are already standing around.
3. Put Connect 4 near the entrance or the food. It makes a good first stop and a good place to wait.
4. Ask one volunteer to float between the stations for the first 15 minutes. After that, the games run themselves.

That placement gives guests a loop. They walk from food to Connect 4, to golf, to darts, and back again.

How big a crowd can it handle?

Our events page says the setup works for crowds from 20 to 200 guests. When you send your request, tell us your expected headcount and we will confirm the games work for your space. If you are on the high end, say so early.

Weather matters for outdoor events, so here is how we handle it. If your event needs to move, we reschedule without a fee. Give us notice and we will find the next available date that works for you.
